What makes Prepper Camp truly special is the incredible community it attracts. From seasoned veterans of self-sufficiency to those just starting their journey, the caliber of people walking through the gates this year was phenomenal. The camaraderie was infectious.

You couldn't walk ten feet without bumping into someone willing to share a tip, a story, or a laugh. Whether we were huddled around a cooking fire, debating the merits of different water filters, or simply sharing a meal, the mutual respect and inherent willingness to help each other

survive and thrive was palpable. We arrived as individuals, but we left as an extended family—a network of preparedness advocates now linked by shared experience and a common goal. These aren't just contacts; they are friends for life.

 

The Vendors: Knowledge and Essential Gear

The vendor area this year was a goldmine of resources and expertise. We had the pleasure of meeting countless passionate entrepreneurs who are not just selling gear, but truly invested in the prepper lifestyle.

It was more than just shopping; it was an educational experience. We spoke with specialists in off-grid power, heirloom seeds, long-term food storage, and wilderness first aid. Each vendor brought a wealth of knowledge and was eager to discuss their products' real-world applications. This dedication from the vendor community added a huge layer of practical utility to the weekend, giving attendees access to the best tools and resources available, backed by expert advice.

The Classes: A Wealth of Knowledge Shared

A huge round of applause goes to the Prepper Camp team for curating and delivering an absolutely world-class lineup of classes. The instructors, all experts in their respective fields, were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also demonstrated an inspiring willingness to share that knowledge with everyone present.

From bushcraft fundamentals and tactical medicine to advanced radio communications and home security strategies, the depth of the educational offerings were outstanding. It wasn't a dry lecture format; it was engaging, hands-on, and focused on practical application. This wealth of information, freely shared, is what empowers attendees to take their prepper plans to the next level.

A Weekend of Survival and S'mores
